12 Bones Smokehouse- South Asheville
This was a renovation of a 1950s gas station into one of Asheville’s favorite pork rib barbecue restaurants. The old service bays became the dining area complete with glass roll up doors, while the old concrete floors were cleaned and stained and are now easy to care for. The architect also designed a high production kitchen that serves not only the restaurant, but is also used for catering.
